I still think the UK house prices are far to expensive for the younger generations. With deposits needed now days even for the cheapest available housing you will need substancial deposits!
I wonder how many of these extra 75% of hosues will be reasonably priced and made available to the general public? Im my area all the new developments seem to be to re-house old council tenants
